The social media channels created for Be Free To Sing® of Victoria, Australia (hereafter referred to as 'BFTS') comprise a X (formerly Twitter) account, a YouTube channel and a LinkedIn account that offer a space for engagement and connection with others online.  This includes, but is not limited to, sharing information on singing, music, and related courses and events.

Posts and comments/replies made by people engaging with BFTS' social media channels should be respectful of others.

BFTS reserves the right to remove, request removal of, and/or report any posts/comments/replies that are:

  • promoting bullying, harassment, profanity, pornography or obscenity;
  • using the name(s) or any other identifiable information, and/or image, video or audio of one or more persons, particularly those connected to BFTS, without the express written permission of the person(s) named, photographed and/or recorded;
  • defamatory or overly critical of beliefs, individuals, services or organisations;
  • misleading, inaccurate, offensive or harmful for any other reason;
  • unlawful or inciting others to break the law; or
  • spam / unsolicited posts promoting services, products, organisations, or political agendas.

Where necessary, BFTS also reserves the right to block users and to report misuse of BFTS social media channels to the social media platforms.

Note:

  • BFTS social media channels are not normally administered outside of business hours.
  • Comments/replies left by others on BFTS social media channels do not necessarily reflect the views of BFTS.
  • BFTS takes no responsibility for any interactions social media users may have on or off BFTS social media channels.
  • BFTS is not responsible for any posts or engagement on any unofficial or unauthorised social media channels relating to BFTS, including but not limited to the BFTS singing teacher or students.
