Beginner Singers Course: Part 2

JANUARY - JUNE 2025
Register by 1 December 2024

In this course you will consolidate and extend what you have learned in the Part 1 course including:

  • understand how your body, mind, and soul affect your voice;
  • tips for managing anxiety;
  • continued engagement with the Bel Canto approach; and
  • much more!  

Led by a teacher with over 20 years' singing experience, the course will also provide students with opportunities to sing in class to help you further grow your singing confidence.

You will receive an Interactive Resource Pack to enhance your learning and practice after each class attended.

A Certificate of Completion is issued to students who have attended all classes and one-on-one lessons.

Course graduates may like to join Be Free To Sing's Bel Canto Buddies singing group.

This course is not suitable for those already in a singing group or choir external to Be Free To Sing. This gives beginners the opportunity to continue their Bel Canto learning with others who have had little or no singing experience nor any vocal training / qualification prior to Be Free To Sing.

Be Free To Sing is based in Australia and all dates and times are according to Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) or Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) depending on time of year.

Delivery Mode

  • 8 online classes over 6 months:
    • 1 x 1-hour classes per month in the first 4 months followed by 2 x 1-hour classes per month in the last 2 months
    • Small group - up to 10 students
  • 4 x 45-minute online one-on-one lessons

Who can enrol?

Adults (aged 18+ years) who have completed Beginner Singers Course: Part 1

What do I need to participate?

  • Internet connection
  • Computer/device with webcam (video camera) and audio
